The Annual Meeting begins at 11am. Lunch will be available immediately following, for a suggested donation of $5 per person.
Consent Agenda, including:
approval of the minutes from last year’s Annual Meeting 2025, and
approval of the minutes from a Special Meeting in February 2026.
(Members are asked to review these documents before the meeting begins.)

If you wish to participate in the election process, (remotely) you will need to be a current member of WCYC. This includes ensuring your paid membership is up to date.
