Featured Notes:
-Endowment fund is $89,563.14. Loan is down to $65,284.23.

-The new parking area is prepped for completion in the spring. Preparation for the spring workday is underway.

- A course of action will be taken to investigate the possibility of auctioning the Baraboo property this upcoming spring.

-The transfer to online registration is an ongoing process. It is expected that the process will become smoother as we learn more about the system.

-The Facilities Committee has set a priority list for upcoming projects.

-The Public Relations committee is set to explore more social media options as well as a statewide Church WCYC day.

-The next meeting is set for a January 28th conference call.

→ The online registration page is ready for use (details to come)

→ Our loan is now below $75,000 and the Endowment fund has risen to $93,682.

→ The Crawford family is pretty much settled into the residence now. Jade has also begun his own promotion work for the camp. He requests that churches contact him if they are interested in having Jade speak at their church.

→ All Summer Sessions have secured their Head Staff and have decided on their Session Themes.

→ Some exciting fundraising opportunities are in the works for 2011-2012, including an online camp marketplace and a Polar Bear Plunge in Robinson Creek.


Motions:

Tim Thompson moved that we pursue the setting up of an online marketplace for camp, with listings subject to approval by Tim Thompson (Second: Guy Marshall). The Motion Passed.
